Project for:         Lake Superior Sanitary District, Duluth, MN

Description:        Utilize abrasive blasting to remove existing coatings from concrete substrate at wastewater treatment plant. Repair substrate where necessary to eliminate leaks, inflow, and infiltration. Install new corrosion resistant, high-performance protective coatings.

Project for:         Madison Sanitary District, Madison, WI

Description:        Utilize abrasive blasting to remove existing coatings from metal and concrete substrates at multiple reservoirs and pump stations, repair concrete substrate where necessary to eliminate leaks, inflow, and infiltration; install new corrosion resistant, high-performance protective coatings.

Project for:         Water Pollution Control District, Lake Mills, WI

Description:        Utilize high-pressure hydroblasting to remove laitance and other contaminates from manhole surfaces. Drill and plug leaks with hydrophilic grout. Resurface brick or concrete substrate to smooth surface, add structural strength, and provide a primary barrier to inflow and infiltration. Install corrosion resistant, high-performance, cured-in-place, polyurea liner.

Residential Flooring
HGS has installed hundreds of decorative epoxy and polyurethane finished floors in garages, basements, recreation rooms and exterior decks and porches throughout Southern Wisconsin. These seamless floors are not only aesthetically pleasing, but  also provide barriers to water and water vapor, are resistant to chemical spills, are easily cleaned, and will last a lifetime under normal residential conditions.
